Dear Customer
An Post is a major commercial business providing a wide range of services to the public. Not only does An Post operate the national postal service but we also provide a range of financial and money transmission services, as well as agency services for Government departments, the National Treasury Management Agency, An Post National Lottery Company and other bodies.
All of us at An Post are committed to offering you high quality services that meet your needs. This Customer Charter makes five specific pledges and everyone at An Post will work to uphold them:
- We pledge to provide all customers with quality services at all times
- We pledge to provide services to all customers in an equal manner and to accommodate their diverse needs
- We pledge to listen to our customers and to develop our services in response
- We pledge to take a proactive approach in providing information that is clear, timely and accurate
- We pledge to provide you with clear policies and procedures to resolve your complaint promptly
If the service you receive is not consistent with these pledges or is otherwise unsatisfactory, this Charter sets out how you can tell us. We will use this feedback to improve our services. Of course, we would also like to hear from you if we have exceeded your expectations.
